Before opening a support ticket please check the following.

  • Is your backend online, can you connect to it?

  • Are you connected to the VPN, if you have rebooted you will need to re-connect.

  • Is the default route installed? You are looking for it in the persistent routes section of route print

    Answer: Use the -p flag when adding the route. You now need to re-add it.

  • Can you ping the internal IP?

    Answer: If you cant ping the internal IP then your network adapter is not connected or setup correctly.

  • Can you ping the gateway IP?

    Answer: The tunnel isn't online. Contact support.

In all cases we recommend a reboot and then attempting to re-connect before contacting support.
